We are a for-profit organization that provides in-home services to residence seniors and people with physical disabilities, who might have difficulty caring for themselves. We strive to offer the best in-home assistance in caring for your loved ones. We collaborate with caregivers, families, health care providers, social service agencies, and District of Columbia government agencies to meet our client needs.
We are contracted with the District of Columbia Medicaid program under the Umbrella of the Medicaid Elderly and Physical Disability (EPD) program. We strive to provide current, accurate information your family can depend on.

At Ultimate Home Health Services, we aim to:
Serve families as a for-profit case management service
Visit clients in their homes, assessing their needs for case management and other community/social services
Respond to our clients inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with other health systems and act as an advocate for those in need

EBUN WILLIAMS
Registered Nurse and Company Founder
With 30 years experience as a registered nurse, Ms. Williams has worked in several areas of the health care field, which include Saint Joseph hospital, University of Chicago, Evanston Northwestern Hospital, and Northwestern Medical faculty foundation in Chicago. She has also worked at George Washington faculty foundation in Washington, DC.
For the past 14 years, Ms. Williams has held various home health care positions, which focus on case management, in the DC area. During this time, Ms. Williams has understood the needs of seniors and people with physical disabilities. She has worked to apply a holistic approach to their health care and social well being. With this in mind, she decided to start her own case management agency, working in conjunction with the Medicaid program in the Washington, DC area.
